Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Palm Design Surfaces in Sacramento, CA. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including providing administrative support, answering phone calls, maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting with executive administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative assistance
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Proficiency in clerical skills and office management
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Quickbooks
• Experience in the flooring industry or related field is a plus
