Balancing between hospital and outpatient care, flexibility and excellent communication skills are essential. * The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with no weekends or holidays. * The daily work volume is 8 to 12 patients per day, dependent on comorbidities, acuity, and patient involvement.
