A CNA per visit rate of $25.00

Area Coverage: Maricopa County

As a Palmeira Home Certified Nursing Assistant, you can expect:

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Current licensure in the State of Arizona
• Up-to-date Negative TB Test Result
• BLS CPR Certification
• Driver's License and Auto-Insurance
• Immunization/Vaccination Records (Covid19, Flu Shot, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella)

Others:

• Must be willing to drive and provide care in the patients’ places of residence
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs
• Must have no health restrictions that impede provision of care to the patient.
• With Home Health Care experience preferred
