We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team.
Job Description:
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction crews to ensure quality and budget standards are met. This role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction crews to ensure quality and job budget are maintained.
- Pick up materials and tools to ensure the crew can complete the job.
- Address problem areas as needed.
- Communicate effectively between customers, crew, and upper management.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on all job sites.
- Perform quality control inspections.
Requirements:
- Ability to get on a roof and perform duties at heights.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 80 pounds.
- Availability to work on Saturdays if needed.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Experience in roofing or siding is a plus.
Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service abilities.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and Google Suite products.
- Understanding of Leap | Job Progress CRM is a plus.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
