Responsibilities:

• Conduct analyses across many stakeholders to gather data and understand the challenges
• Utilize and analyze data and insights to develop impactful stories
• Lead cross-functional teams
• Structure and develop marketing and public relations departments
• Increase community engagement

• Foster relationships with local partners and employees
• Coordinate events and engage audiences both online and in person

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in communications and marketing
• Education background is a plus
• Proven experience in executing successful data-driven communications strategies
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads)
• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Team player with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
