Responsibilities:
- Draft city council proceedings, manage files, anticipate next steps, and follow up with clients as needed
- Coordinate with outside vendors, experts, or other professionals, which includes process servers as needed
- Assist in file and case management, scheduling, and calendar management
- Organize and maintain case files which include indexing and management documents
- Draft legal documents using attorney-approved forms
- Conduct research and gather information to assist attorneys
- Read and accurately prepare legal descriptions, complete service, and communicate with the sheriff's department on administrative hearing matters
Responsibilities:
- 3 years of paralegal experience in litigation
- Real estate experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiar with legal descriptions and title opinions preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks with a variety of time-sensitive projects
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
- Strong communication skills with both internal and external parties

- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
