The selected individual will identify, develop, and systematically implement agreed-upon services that enable the firm to remain at the forefront of customer service delivery. Responsibilities:
- Execute and support quality control procedures to ensure firm operations align with best practices
- Complete tax returns, financial statements, and other accounting-related tasks as assigned
- Evaluate business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial statements, and other required financial reports
- Collaborate with other department personnel by communicating effectively
- Implement firm procedures for identifying client opportunities
- Evaluate departments plans with the department supervisor and adapt plans flexibly through daily practice
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or other related programs or CPA certification
- Experience in accounting
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
- High level of customer service skills
