The Parts Specialist will assist customers with their engine part needs while also being the liaison between sales, vendors, and customers. About the Opportunity

The Parts Specialist will be the liaison between the sales team, vendors, and outside customers. This position will utilize multiple software systems to enter customer quotes and orders as well as vendor orders.

• Do you have a passion for providing a positive customer experience?
• Do you enjoy providing phone and email support to customers and sales staff?
• Can you identify customer needs and develop solutions to those needs while promoting products and services?
• Are you able to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency?
• Do you have experience using Salesforce or another CRM?
• Do you have a positive attitude and like to have fun at work?
• Do you have engine and/or off-highway experience (preferred but not required)?
• Do you have an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or Communication (degree preferred but not required)?

Hamilton Power Solutions is open Monday through Friday during 1st shift hours- no evenings or weekends! Regular attendance is required to fulfill these job duties.
