Palmetto Citizens Federal Credit Union is Hiring a Call center supervisor Near Irmo, SC
Overview :
A successful candidate for this full-time Supervisor In-Training position should have the ability to work with people, handle financial transactions, and be comfortable promoting the credit union's products and services.
The Call Center Assistant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing associates, assisting members with professional service and will assume the duties and responsibilities of the Supervisor when necessary.
In addition to salary, opportunities to earn incentives are also available.
Responsibilities :
Proactively help members achieve their financial objectives directly and through associate instruction.
Provide accurate, friendly and professional service to members by telephone. Assist members with transactions, account research and related questions.
Develop knowledge of products and services to assist members with solutions to their financial needs.
Maintain an accurate knowledge of security procedures and internal controls.
Assists Supervisor in enhancing associciates abilities through mentoring and teaching.
Qualifications :
Previous teller experience preferred.
Bilingual candidates a plus.
Call center experience preferred.
