Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Shift Lead at our Chattanooga, TN location. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and providing excellent customer service. Your duties will include managing the store during assigned shifts, supervising a team of sales associates, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met, and assisting customers with their needs.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of Southern lifestyle brands is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
