**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team.

The RN will be responsible for following regulatory guidelines and following operational procedures for a Medical Adult Day Center

Perform health screening and assess potential and current participants

Develop care plans for participants, review and update care plans as needed and required.

Provide educational programs for staff, clients, and families.

Observe Participant’s health status, administer medications per MD orders

Report client status to, and plan care with, caregivers and professional contacts.

Supervise and assist with personal care and daily functional activities of Participants, including but not limited to hygiene, meal assistance, walking, transfers, and bathroom use.

Monitor arrivals and departures.

Monitor and encourage participation social activities abd outings

Experience/Requirements:

· RN (required)

· Current CPR Certification

· Experience caring for Older Adults with memory concerns such as Alzheimer's

Disease and dementia diagnoses (preferred)

· Experience caring for Special Needs Adults (preferred)

Job Types: Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• RN (Preferred)
