What You'll Do:

• Cook up and serve super engaging activities that get those tiny gears turning.
• Be the safe haven where toddlers find love, laughter, and guidance.
• Handle the important stuff – you know, like snack time, nap time, and everything in between.
• Team up with fellow child-wranglers to brainstorm the coolest curriculum in town.
• Keep things tidy and safe so everyone can focus on having a blast.

What You Need:

• You've got some solid XP (at least 6 months in a licensed preschool) handling toddlers like a boss.
• If you've got early childhood creds, cool beans! If not, no worries – we care more about your spark.
• You've got flair – adaptable, open-minded, and ready to shake things up.
• Patience is your middle name, and empathy is your superpower.
• You're a top-tier communicator who can chat with anyone, from kiddos to parents to your partners-in-crime.
