Position Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and development to team members
- Recommend strategies to maximize company profitability
- Drive process automation
- Responsible for the accounts payable process, ensuring completeness, proper allocation and accuracy of expenses
- Management of vendor contracts, support contract negotiations and preparation or oversight of invoice reconciliations
- Support a timely, accurate and efficient accounting close on a monthly basis
- Analyze monthly and annual financial reports
- Present financial reports to the CFO and finance committee
- Oversight and analysis of physician compensation
- Responsible for cash management, treasury functions and bank relationships
- Management all company insurance policies
- Prepares forecasts and budgets as needed
- Support annual audits
- Responsible for patient refund processing and escheatment process
- Responsible for annual 1099s
- Responsible for annual personal property return filings
- Responsible for annual business license filing
- Managed department IT systems
- Develops, analyzes, documents and implements internal controls
- Seeks opportunities to revise or create new policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting group.
- Other responsibilities as needed
