Today we seek a Maintenance Technician Assistant for our Haw Creek Mews property, 250 apartment homes in Asheville, NC who will be responsible for the upkeep of the property through the repair and maintenance of buildings and support equipment.
Hourly rate: Commensurate with experience, beginning at $17.80/hr.
We are looking for someone with knowledge and experience in some of the following areas:
- General Building Repair
- Plumbing
- Appliance Repair
- Electrical
- HVAC
