Position Summary:
Performs clerical support in an efficient manner.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding communication (verbal and written) required
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to remain calm and professional in all work-related situations
•Demonstrates proficiency in computer and phone operations
•Conducts diligent patient appointment follow-ups
•Initiates communication with medical practitioners to obtain patient information
•Facilitates the organization of laboratory procedures
•Arranges and manages transportation for patients and appointments
•Efficiently handles call inquiries and transfers with professionalism
•Assists in various administrative responsibilities as required
