The receptionist is the face of the practice. They are the client’s first point of contact when calling or visiting the practice and as such represents the professional image of the practice to callers and visitors. As a receptionist, you play a crucial role in ensuring the clients and their pets receive quality care at all times. Our ideal candidate has the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and able to diffuse negative client situations.
