Job Description:

looking for an experienced and innovative E-Commerce Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of our e-commerce platform and related products. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strategic thinking to drive the success of our online retail initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our e-commerce platform, aligned with company goals and customer needs.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market trends, user feedback, and business objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and sales to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Continuously improve the user experience of our e-commerce platform through usability testing, data analysis, and iterative design enhancements.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, and use insights to inform decision-making.
• Monitor competitor activity in the e-commerce space, identify emerging trends, and recommend strategic responses to maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders on the status of e-commerce initiatives, including progress against goals and upcoming milestones.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners to support e-commerce operations and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS) and implement security best practices to protect customer data and minimize risk.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the e-commerce team, fostering innovation and experimentation to optimize performance and drive growth.
