### Job Description
As a Team Lead React JS Developer, you will collaborate with stakeholders to address and solve complex technical requirements. You'll manage multiple projects, prioritize and resolve complex issues, and escalate as necessary in a fast-paced environment.
### Responsibilities
- Develop user-facing features using React.js.
- Design responsive web-based user interfaces.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries.
- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
- Optimize components for performance across various devices and browsers.
- Lead and manage a development team.
- Learn and understand user interactions.
### Job Requirements
- 10 years of experience in React (TypeScript is a plus).
- Experience with UI testing (Jest, Selenium, or Cypress).
- Experience building and maintaining UI component libraries.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent team leadership experience.
