Panaderia don Goyo is a well established local bakery who is searching for a Cake decorator knowledgeable and friendly customer service. As a bakery team member you must motivated, able to embrace a team environment and have effective communication skills.
DUTIES:

Preferably a commercial cake decorator with experience.
A cake decorator/customer service specialist's responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following
Provide superior customer service including smile and greeting customers in a friendly manner.
Decorates birthday cakes, fruit cakes ,wedding cakes, etc.
Is able to answer customers questions regarding products, assist them with selections and use suggestive selling techniques to meet customers needs.
Become familiar with products offered in the cake department and have sufficient knowledge to answer questions from our customers.
Check and print online orders.
Read and answer E-mails including online cake estimates.
Accurately record special orders .
Check, box and handout the finished product to ensure the cake meets and exceeds the customers expectations.
Assisting with the delivery and set up of wedding cakes as needed.
Decorate, fill cake case on a daily basis and restock as needed.
Assist in other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Some computer skills
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Ability to handle stressful situations
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Lift moderate loads up to 50 pounds
Required a 2 year of related experience
Preferred Fluent in English and Spanish
