Job DescriptionPittsburgh conference/meeting planning services company needs to fill multiple openings.
Duties to include:
  • Setting up and managing virtual meetings
  • Processing reservations and inquiries
  • Work with other offices to coordinate higher profile events
  • Handling customer service request
  • Participate in customer focused teams
  • Cross training with other departments
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous customer service, call center or help desk experience preferred
  • Proficient PC skills
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish or Portuguese) a plus
NOTE: This is an ongoing temporary assignment. Full time hours during peak times and part-time hours during non-peak.
