Job DescriptionEngineering firm in need of an experienced Office Manager/Project Support candidate. Duties to include:
Ensures prompt recording of project correspondence and key presentations on Project SharePoint sites and tracking logs for correspondence to/from clients and to/from subcontractors;
Ensures prompt releases of submittals to the client following release from the project team;
Supports to the Project Engineer in engineering documentation
Supports the Project Manager for any other specific task as appropriate.
Fleet Manager - manages all tasks associated with project vehicles
Oversees general office operations
Oversees staff interactions and responds to their queries on office management issues
Completes other Office Manager duties as they arise
Requirements:
2 - 3 years expertise in a Project Office of large infrastructure projects in an admin/documentation/project support role
Ability to support many projects and Project Managers simultaneously
Experience with Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, Word
Bachelor’s Degree and PM Certification preferred; equivalent project support experience for large projects will be considered.
