Schedule

• Monday - Friday either 8AM-5PM or 11AM-7PM - plus every other Saturday 9AM-3PM

• In office position located in Laurel, MD

Job Summary:

Panda Exteriors provides residential and commercial roofing, roofing support and exterior services across the US, with a focus on Maryland, Virginia, Delaware and North Carolina. 

Responsibilities:

• Memorize and recite sales scripts and statements prepared by Panda Exteriors
• Tradeshow attendance, door-knocking and home show attendance
• Display a professional demeanor while speaking with homeowners about their roofing/exterior needs
• Gathering information, such as contact details and signatures, for leads and future clients for follow-up
• Consistently meet daily and weekly quotas for client information and appointment acquisition
• Regular training

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years sales experience
• 18 with a high school diploma and reliable transportation
• Desire to work outdoors
• Exposure to rejection and the ability to overcome and adapt accordingly
• Outgoing personality with a 'grind' mentality
• Eagerness to learn new skills and grow as a professional

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay! - $500-$600/week plus uncapped commission and bonuses
• Growth opportunities - promotion to Sales Closer after 2-3 months (dependent on your lead generation)
