The Associate Property Manager is responsible for solicit prospects, provide brokerage services, and maintain property. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue.

$40,000 - $80,000 yearly

• Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase the advantages of locations and services to help obtain new tenants.
• Coordinate and manage all facets of property maintenance to include site inspections, sourcing vendors, and overseeing repairs.
• Canvas and monitor new prospects to help increase company growth.
• Provide brokerage services to prospects procured by or assigned to Associate.
• Research market trends and help prospects navigate the current economic landscape.
• Negotiate, prepare, and execute contracts, amendments, extensions, and renewals.
• Communicate and provide a high level of customer service to all stake holders (owners, tenants, management, and other staff).
• Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase advantages of locations and services to help obtain new tenants.

• Customer service, sales, and/or real estate background preferred.
• Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills.
• Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
• Highly organized, having a scrupulous and meticulous approach to day to day responsibilities.
