Job Summary:

As a Team Member at Panda Pancakes, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, preparing menu items, and managing the store front. You will ensure that every customer has a delightful experience and that the store operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Take customer orders accurately and answer any questions about the menu.
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service and products.
• Food Preparation:
• Prepare pancakes, waffles, and other menu items according to company recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure food safety.
• Store Front Management:
• Keep the dining area clean and presentable at all times.
• Manage the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash securely.
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels as needed.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, ensuring the store is ready for the next business day.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work cooperatively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with the store manager and team to meet daily goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or food preparation is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
