Job Description:

• Ensure smooth financial transactions with high-volume data entry.
• Process payments for both suppliers and customers.
• Maintain accurate records and create monthly statements.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Contribute to regulatory compliance and tax reporting.
• Support the team with ongoing projects and initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of AR/cash posting experience.
• Strong math skills, including fractions, decimals, and percentages.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on customer service.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively.
• A meticulous mind and a commitment to accuracy.
• A positive attitude and a "can-do" spirit.
