Job Description:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across all major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
• Create engaging and high-quality content (written, visual, and video) for social media and other digital channels
• Manage and optimize social media calendars to maximize reach and engagement
• Analyze social media performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., design, sales) to ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and website content optimization

To be a good fit for this opportunity, you will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and/or social media management
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Creative and passionate about social media and digital marketing trends
• Proficiency in common design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) a plus
