About the Role
As a Salesforce Implementation Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing our CRM system. You'll work closely with stakeholders to ensure our Salesforce user base thrives. You'll identify opportunities to leverage the platform's power, gather user needs, and translate them into actionable solutions that propel our business forward.
What You'll Do
- Become a Salesforce guru: Manage data, forecasts, contacts, accounts, and more. Ensure data integrity is always on point.
- Be a solutions specialist: Provide insightful technical recommendations to address specific business needs.
- Build it better: Create and customize objects, fields, layouts, dashboards, and reports to automate processes and improve user experience.
- Wear many hats: Act as the Salesforce administrator, and potentially manage other SaaS applications like Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, SharePoint, and data visualization tools.
- Integration maestro: Understand data flows and integrations between various enterprise applications. Design scalable solutions across the board.
- Bridge the gap: Translate user requirements and stories into actionable steps, empowering users with the tools they need.
- Support superhero: Provide day-to-day support, resolving tickets, provisioning users, maintaining roles & profiles, and generating reports and dashboards.
- Quality czar: Test and ensure the smooth implementation of any changes made to the system.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously learn about new releases, technologies, and applications to keep our Salesforce at its best.
- Team player extraordinaire: Collaborate on system integrations, data migrations, and participate in larger projects.
What We're Looking For
- A passion for Salesforce: 1 years of experience as a power user or administrator with at least 1 year as an administrator (preferred).
- Database whiz: A solid understanding of database structure and proficiency in SQL is essential.
- Integration expert: Experience with integrating Salesforce with other systems is a plus.
- Business translator: You can take complex business needs and turn them into actionable results.
- Learning machine: A commitment to staying abreast of the latest Salesforce advancements.

Education
- Minimum: Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field.
