As a Staff II Accountant, you will play a key role in their accounting operations, collaborating with colleagues to manage all accounting and financial analysis activities within a specific area of our company's operations. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Support internal and external audits as needed
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity
