Responsibilities:

• Guide and monitor players through their escape room experience.
• Set the stage for the adventure by providing engaging customer service
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on escape room props and equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for players.
• Collaborate with the team to implement enhancements to the game rooms.
