This role is critical to the A/R team in managing incoming payments, reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies. The A/R Supervisor will have a set of customers for which they will be responsible for posting and processing a moderate volume of chargeback deductions with proper documentation. This role works with customer service, the sales team and brokers to understand sales promotions and other sales programs to ensure the timely reconciliation of all billbacks. The A/R Supervisor will be an integral part of the monthly close by processing customer promotion accruals in accordance with financial policies
We're looking for an experienced candidate with the following:
- Undergraduate Degree in Finance or Accounting, or related field.
- 5-7 years of collection and related A/R experience, including familiarity with analyses through customer web portals, (i.e. KeHE, Amazon, Kroger, Walmart) with a focus on promotional trade spend.
- Experience with NetSuite and/or Trade Promotion systems is a plus.
- Familiar with EDI PO order processing.
- Focus on receivable management, adherence to KPIs and order management policies and procedures.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, flexible, and process-driven.
