Pantheon Data was founded in 2011, initially providing acquisition and supply chain management services to the US Coast Guard. Education:
  • Bachelors degree or equal years of experience
Specific Responsibilities:
  • Shall be responsible for operating in a computer aided Facilities Management (CAFM) environment, drawing, creating, updating polylined spaces, overlays, and query boundaries, using AutoCAD software
  • Shall be familiar with Autodesk AutoCAD, Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) standards
  • Shall have 2 years of experience using TRIRIGA CAD Integrator software
  • Shall have experience associating drawing objects to spatial information within a CAFM environment
  • Shall have experience drawing, creating, and updating polylined spaces, area overlays, and query boundaries on master record drawing CAD files
  • Shall have experience attaching, publishing, and synchronizing polylined drawings to specific location data within a CAFM system
  • Shall have experience attaching gross area, gross measured area, and individual space data to the CAFM system
  • Shall have experience attaching organizations to specific locations and create, edit, and manage space allocations within the CADD file and publish them within the CAFM environment
  • Shall have experience developing drawing labels, label styles, and label themes that are visibly published within the CAFM environment
Required Skills/Experience:
  • The TRIRIGA CAD Specialist shall be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently, and shall be a U.S. citizen

Clearance Requirements
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Work Location
Currently remote with infrequent meetings in DC.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
