Position Overview

Pantheon Data is seeking an experienced lead Senior Special Operations Strategic Analyst with experience in Army Operations to serve as an interface between the subject matter experts and Army management. Role will be responsible for day-to-day management and administration of project tasks regarding Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Research and Technology (ODASA(R&T)) analytical efforts.

Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst shall provide senior-level technical and analytical support to the Special Programs Portfolio Director. The contractor shall be responsible for developing and maintaining an understanding of technical and programmatic details of Army S&T Special Program efforts and shall be responsible for providing weekly updates to ODASA(R&T) on the S&T Special Access Programs (SAP) efforts. The support shall include but is not limited to:

1. Maintaining regular S&T SAP liaison with Army Commands (ACOMs).
2. Providing research and responses to ACOM S&T SAP questions and issues.
3. Integrating and staffing, where necessary, multiple Department of the Army Systems Coordinator (DASC) responses.
4. Conducting S&T SAP effort analysis and documentation.
5. Attending all S&T SAP-related meetings at Headquarters Department of Army (HQDA), U.S. Army TRADOC, and applicable Army commands, labs and centers.
6. Supporting the development and continual refinement of the S&T SAP POM submission strategy.
7. Supporting in providing clear linkages between S&T SAP efforts and related acquisition SAP efforts.
8. Coordinating with the Army Special Programs Directorate (ASPD) on the quarterly preparation and technical review of Program Performance and Budget Execution Review System (PPBERS) reports and on PPBERS meetings for S&T SAP efforts.
9. Preparing and coordinating briefings, briefing books, information papers, executive summaries, weekly activity reports, background papers, finished intelligence products, expert assessments, and associated information products.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10 years of uniformed military experience with demonstrated expertise in Army Operations
• Three years of experience (can be concurrent with the 10 years above) in deliberate planning or demonstrated expertise in planning.
• Bachelor's degree
• Military education in Operational Planning.

Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship is required for this position. In addition, possess and maintain a TOP SECRET clearance with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the last five (5) years and shall have access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).

Work Location

The position is based in Arlington, VA and requires onsite presence. Some travel may be required.
