Responsibilities:

• Prospect Identification and Outreach: Identify potential clients through research and analysis of target markets.

• Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and social media to generate interest in offerings.

• Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on their needs, challenges, and fit with our solutions. Nurture relationships to move leads through the sales pipeline.

• Product Knowledge: Deeply understand products, services, and value propositions.

• Effectively communicate how our solutions can address potential client's needs and pain points.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation and conversion strategies.

• Provide feedback to marketing on the effectiveness of outreach campaigns.

• Data Management: The CRM system maintains accurate records of all prospect interactions.

• It tracks and reports on key metrics and outcomes.

• Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and evolving product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a sales development or related role, preferably within the HR, SaaS, or employee engagement sectors.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and other sales tools. Comfortable with data analysis and interpretation.

• Empathy and Understanding: Genuine interest in improving workplace cultures and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by modern organizations.

• Results-oriented: Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.
