Job Overview:
As a Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our customers. You will be responsible for transporting goods, providing exceptional customer service, and upholding safety standards throughout the delivery process.

Duties:
- Safely and efficiently operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations
- Provide outstanding customer service during deliveries by being courteous and professional
- Load and unload items from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling of all products
- Adhere to traffic laws and follow established delivery routes to meet delivery schedules
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks and keep delivery vehicles clean and organized
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery updates or issues

Requirements:
- Customer service skills to interact positively with customers during deliveries
- Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual transmission vehicles
- Capable of lifting heavy items and performing physical tasks associated with delivery duties
- Experience in warehouse operations or familiarity with refrigerated trailers is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Prior experience as a van driver or in tractor-trailer operations is advantageous
