Overview:

Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine maintenance tasks on equipment and systems to ensure functionality
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues promptly
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to facilitate repairs
- Perform general facilities maintenance including HVAC systems, lighting, and plumbing
- Fabricate or repair components as needed using mechanical knowledge
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with internal teams or external vendors
- Execute residential painting tasks to maintain a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment
- Demonstrate leadership skills by effectively coordinating maintenance activities

Experience:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evenings as needed
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
