We are seeking a dynamic New Home Sales Consultant to join our Team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting potential buyers in finding and purchasing their dream home in our communities. This role requires strong customer service skills, knowledge of fair housing regulations, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Duties included but not limited to:
- Conduct tours
- Provide information on features
- Assist buyers in selecting options and upgrades to personalize their new home
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing on behalf of clients
- Coordinate with the construction team to ensure timely completion of homes
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations and real estate law
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Our office is located in Cherry Hill, NJ but the sales consultant will need to travel to our new communities located throughout South Jersey. Must have flexibility in hours to accommodate schedules for new clients to meet at model homes and weekends will be required. Must have a valid NJ real estate license. Please note: Salary is not official and may change based on experience and commissions earned.
