Position Description

Reporting to the Head of Product, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead our dynamic software development team. In this role, you will drive the strategic direction of our product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.

You will oversee the end-to-end management of software product features, from conception to delivery, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our offerings.

Pay Band / Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $175,000 USD per year commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments. The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/or equity, as applicable.

Responsibilities Activities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap, in alignment with company goals and market trends.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to establish clear product vision and goals.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other key stakeholders to gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable product plans.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Delivery on product lifecycle best practices, processes, and documentation

Product Development Oversight:

  • Provide mentorship to a team of Product Managers, providing guidance and support throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of product features, meeting quality standards and customer expectations.

Market Analysis and Customer Insights:

  • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and user surveys to identify emerging opportunities and customer needs.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, providing regular updates to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal teams and external partners.

Success Measurement:

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success, tracking progress against established goals.
  • Regularly evaluate product performance and iterate on strategies to drive business impact.

Experience & Skills You'll Need:

  • 7 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably at a SaaS or enterprise software company.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling product teams, delivering impactful software products to market.
  • Deep understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and best practices in product management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams towards common goals.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions to drive product innovation and growth.
