Overview
Everything in America is delivered by truck - and at Parade, we’re changing the way that happens. Before Parade, our customers spent hours trying to find and book trucks to cover their freight. Parade’s machine learning and workflow tools automate the matching and booking process. We’re just getting started in how we transform full truck freight and we’re looking for an inspired Product Lead to join our team.
Freight is digitizing - and you’re going to make this possible for every freight broker. Whether finding a carrier or booking a load, you’re going to both speed up and automate this process. In order to do this, you'll partner with our leading customers and leverage all that we know across our customer experience, data science, sales and leadership teams. You're going to experiment to help our customers do more and then rapidly scale up any learnings across all of our customers. And you're willing to touch any and all parts of our business to make this happen.
We’re looking for a Product Lead with strong analytical, technical and communication skills. You have the toolkit to deeply understand customer needs (both by talking to them and analyzing data) and you love partnering closely with them. You know how to scrappily develop and test a hypothesis-and when you build, you build with scale in mind. We’re also a small team that moves fast so you’ll need to be self-starting and embrace ambiguity - and we’ll make sure you get the coaching, guard rails and support to thrive.
