**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and lead the restaurant team during assigned shifts to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the brand's image.
- Assist the management in the daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high-quality service and efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, aiming to resolve any issues and leave customers satisfied.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and management to achieve financial targets, optimize productivity, and implement improvement strategies.
- Uphold company policies and enforce regulations, ensuring team members adhere to guidelines and procedures.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
- An appreciation for the culinary arts is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
