*Occupational Therapist Requirements:*
* Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy (OT) college or university.
* Unencumbered Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) license for New York.
* Conduct home visit Occupational Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
* Proficient in EMR documentation (we use Hello Note but experience in this system is not required).
* CPR Certification.
