What is the role?
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team. As a key member of our organization, you will report directly to the Controller, contributing to the preparation and integrity of our financial records.
The Staff Accountant is responsible for all areas related to our financial close and general accounting, including developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of the company's financial statements. Success in this position requires consistently preparing accurate information in alignment with company deadlines. The Staff Accountant will have regular contact with senior-level executives at Paradigm, requiring strong written and verbal communication skills.
