Paradise Carpet One is looking for a new team member to manage our Professional Installation crews. This person would excel with prior flooring and/or construction experience along with management and interpersonal skills. This person would be responsible for fielding questions from installers, trouble shooting, communicating with customers, and design staff.

• Manage multiple installation crews and projects simultaneously
• Communicate with customers to set expectations and address any concerns
• Collaborate with the sales team before, during and after installation
• On-site visits of installation projects

• Previous experience in coordinating or managing installations (preferably in the flooring industry).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to work well with diverse personalities and handle any conflicts professionally

• Experience with flooring products and installation processes is a plus.
• Training and support will be provided to the right candidate.
