- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements for kitchen and bathroom projects including expansion of and additions to the Home.
- Create innovative and functional kitchen and bath designs that exceed customer expectations.
- Present design concepts and product recommendations to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary revisions.
- Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to customers on materials, finishes, and fixtures in both pre and final selections.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Generate and follow up on leads, actively seeking new opportunities to grow sales.
- Prepare accurate project quotes and proposals, outlining project scope and pricing details.
- Work with our dedicated Kitchen & Path Project manager to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and product innovations.
- Previous experience in kitchen and bath design and/ or kitchen and bath sales is required.
- Proficiency in design software required (e.g., Chief Architect, SketchUp, 20/20 Design).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Knowledge of kitchen and bath materials, fixtures, and appliances.
- A passion for interior design and a keen sense of style.
