Paragon IT Professionals is seeking multiple IT Service Desk / Help Desk people for onsite work at a leading Financial Services organization. We need 2 people for onsite work for contract roles - 6 months to start - possible (likely) extension.
General Help Desk Support Role.
Ideal skills needed include: PureCloud is used for taking calls. ServiceNow, Active Directory passwords, Multifactor Authentication (MFA), Virtual Desktop Interface (VDI), Virtual Private Network (VPN), Zscaler, and Pulse Secure, Azure Office 365, including SharePoint, Teams. Hardware support for laptops, desktops. Hybird scenario will be available down the road.
