Paragon Staffing is Hiring a Stand-Up Forklift Operator Near Somerset, NJ
Responsibilities/duties:
- Locates and packs materials for shipping.
- Documents materials and records units delivered and location of units.
- Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items, or signals machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks, ships, and loading docks.
- Keeps inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean.
- Responsible removing completed pallets from all machines.
- Stacking of finished cartons onto pallets.
- Move materials from and to WIP locations.
- Filling assembly machines with WIP
- Loading and unloading containers
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
- 2 years experience as Stand up forklift operator
- Experience with other machinery such as pallet jack, cherry picker, order picker, reach truck, etc.
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license, safe driving record and reliable transportation (Required, no exceptions)
- Must have experience picking orders, shipping, receiving, etc.
- Must speak spanish
$18.00/hr
Schedule:
1st shift
Monday - Friday
7:00AM to 3:30PM
