The APM-Operations, is based in Rockville, MD.

It serves in a supervisory role and makes decisions related operations provided to an assigned Client Contract. This includes client service and problem resolution, ensuring all contractual obligations are met, operational effectiveness, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training. The APM-Operations interfaces with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Specific duties or tasks may vary and be documented separately.

The APM-Operations will work compliance-focused environment, where processes, issue identification, exceptional judgement and good communication are key to success. The Ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of integrity, the ability to track deliverables, strong process orientation, and experience in security management.
