Position Details:

Location: Hybrid - On-site in our Herndon, VA office

As our Employee Relations Manager, you will oversee aspects of employee relations and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) functions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting both internal and external investigations
• Managing the Company Hotline
• Developing and coordinating programs to ensure effective employee relations through uniform and equitable policy application
• Ensuring legal compliance in all procedures
• identify and address employee relations issues, partnering with HR leadership to resolve them effectively.

We are looking for candidates with:

• At least five (5) years of progressively responsible HR and employee relations experience
• Familiarity with EEO
• A strong process orientation and exceptional attention to detail
• The ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, compliance-focused environment
• Experience in union environments (preferred)
