Paragon Consulting, Inc. is located in Cleveland, Ohio and is a Virtual First company. We have employees throughout the US and this position does allow for someone to work remote on a full-time basis.
More about this role:Under the supervision of the Director, Strategic Client Success, this role provides overall customer service and support to ensure the effective execution of customer projects. The position encompasses providing executional support to the account lead and project management teams with emphasis on anticipating potential obstacles to project success and management of risk. This position will act as a vital contributor to the development of client projects and solutions. Ensuring organization success by keeping the internal account team informed of project status and by utilizing day-to-day knowledge to inform project development and activity.
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Promote Paragon’s image through attitude, professionalism, knowledge, client orientation, and responsiveness to clients’ needs.
  • Develop internal reports for management using Salesforce, or other internal tools.
  • Assist in creating and updating both client and project documents including estimates, project timelines, status reports, conference reports and other supporting materials including project requirements.
  • Organize client meetings and conference calls and prepare relevant documents, including agendas, meeting materials and conference reports
  • Partner with project management to:
  • Ensure projects are fully scoped, forecasted and remain on schedule and within budget
  • Track budgets; notify manager of client requests that fall outside of scope; revise budgets as needed; alert client of financial implications and secure approval to proceed
  • Serve as strategy, design and executional project lead; guide the day-to-day development of client projects from start to finish; secure required client approvals; ensure progressive steps in the process are approved with adequate time to meet schedules
  • Collaborate with strategy, project management, and/or development teams to develop solutions for client
  • Build rapport and credibility with client based on trust, expert counsel and responsiveness to client needs
  • Keep organization informed of client requests and changes; anticipate potential problems; proactively develop solutions
  • Review all documents and work prior to submitting to client for review
  • Enter time reports once a week, at a minimum, and expense reports within 10 days of incurred expense
  • Handle other duties as assigned by supervisor
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2-3 yrs. of agency experience, preferably with a digital focus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Microsoft Windows and Office proficient
  • Good oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage work to completion
  • Actively and effectively managing timelines, budgets and deliverables of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive approach, demonstrated through actions such as:
  • Providing regular and thorough project updates to manager and team
  • Anticipating potential problems and obstacles to project success, communicating concerns and developing solutions
  • Keeping abreast of category trends and sharing information/learnings with team members
  • Ability to manage overlapping deliverables with short turnaround times
