Responsibilities:
- Collect materials and prepare them for scrapping
- Maintain all safety protocols
- Ensure that waste is cleared as promptly as possible to maintain the cleanliness of the facility
- Alert Maintenance Lead (john Renje or Paul when Compactor is getting close to being full
- Follow instructions and complete all assignments within deadlines
- Adhere to Kem Krest Policies(see handbook)
- Communication with Maintenance team
- Customer service attitude towards employees
- Prior custodian or sanitation experience helpful
- Ability to follow instructions
- Good attendance is critical
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk long distances for at least 8 hours per day
