Parallel Employment Group is Hiring a Team Lead Near Kenosha, WI
- NOTE (out of season Tuesday through Saturday 7am to 330pm. In season Monday through Wednesday 230pm to 11pm and Saturday and Sunday 7am to 330pm)
- Communicate and Collaborate with fulltime and seasonal associates
- Train, Guide and Evaluate new employees
- Support warehouse managers with special project, and additional duties when required
- Process Paperwork for outbound shipments
- Releasing order on required times
- Maintain and organization and cleanliness of the pick/pack area
- Analytical thinking and Problem Solving
- Teamwork and Collaboration
- Effective Communication
- Planning and Organization
- Three (3) years' experience in a warehouse environment, with one (1) year in a Leadership role
- High School Diploma or GED, Associates Degree preferred
- Physically able to lift 60lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
- Forklift, Stand-up, Cherry Picker and reach truck experience
- Ability to work different shifts
